I applied online through my university career portal. I was abroad and the company was very accommodating throughout the process by allowing me to interview virtually. The first interview was a standard behavioral interview over the phone with an HR recruiter. I was offered a second interview on the spot. The second interview was also over the phone with a VP. This was a case interview. The case involves a decent amount of mental math and then using this data to make a strategic business recommendation. The interviewer pushed for creative ideas. After this I was invited for the third round of interviews. Typically this would take place all day on the RV campus in South Carolina. Since I was abroad I interviewed via FaceTime. The day consisted of 2 behavioral interviews and 3 case interviews. The last case involved analyzing data in excel and using it to make a business recommendation. The day after the third round I received a call with an offer.

First round interview is a 20 min phone call just talking about your resume and interest in the position. Second Round interview is an on the phone case interview about 45 minutes. Final round interviews are onsite in Charlotte. You show up night before the interview for a dinner with some current associates. Next morning is a 30 minute tour starting at 8am of the campus and then a behavioral interview and 2 case interviews which are back to back and all 30 minutes each. You then have a group case interview which consists of individual work using excel to get profits and then talking it over as a group and with an associate. It then concludes with talking it over with a Director who has some relatively tough questions. The position in general seems to be similar to consulting minus the traveling, but you're just focused on digital marketing stuff. The campus is cool and modern, lots of young grads.
