The interview was pretty straightforward, just questions about my background, my previous work experiences, and how I would interact with customers. It was relatively easy and the whole process did not take very long.

Describe a time you performed exceptional customer service.
I got a call to setup interview, easy setup time and date. There was one interview that lasted about an hour and I quickly got a response after the interview.

Entretien
The process for interviewing was quick and simple, I just answered questions on a tablet. After that, I came back the next day and brought the necessary documents for pay and hiring.
