The entire interview process was conducted asynchronously, with no direct interaction with any member of the team. The first stage consisted of a lengthy written assessment that included several deeply personal questions. This was followed by a psychometric test, after which I was informed I had not passed (so apparently the test was the reason but I never had the confirmation). The experience felt highly impersonal and seemed to rely solely on automated assessments rather than a holistic evaluation of a candidate's skills and experience.
