Very conversational. Asked about background at a high level and what I knew about the company. After a couple follow ups did not receive any response from the recruiter nor hiring manager.

Initial call with screening recruiter followed by call with hiring manager. Focused on background and experiences. Proceeded to call with a few peer / coworkers that were more focused on providing insight into work environment, culture and allowing for questions.
