Hiring/Interview process consisted of a phone screening, hackerrank test, technical phone screening, and in-person interview. The in-person interview was fantastic. Everyone in the office was very accommodating and friendly. The interview lasted almost two hours, where I gave a thirty-minute presentation on a cloud design or implementation I had worked on. After that interview, however, in a very unprofessional turn of events, the recruiters went completely radio-silent. No responses to follow-up emails or a formal refusal email.
