Had call with Recruiter, then with hiring manager, then panel of team members. They asked very complex long questions when they didn't have too. It really caught me off guard and I didn't prepare well enough for it. Just be prepared for some ridiculous 3 part questions and have many examples of your past or current work to incorporate into your answers.
