Most Unprofessional Interview process. Online video interview was scheduled and confirmed, however at the time of the interview no one turned up from the organization side. On contacting the HR person who had scheduled the interview, they apologised and rescheduled the interview after a week. Exactly the same experience was repeated the next time as well. I joined the video link and waited, they then sent another email after 30 minutes notifying that they would not be able to go ahead with the interview at that moment as the interviewer is in another meeting and would contact me in another 3-4 hours.
