The overall process took more than 1 month. The panel availability was an issue. 1st round was telephonic, followed by 5 interviews with different panelist. 4 Panels were supposed to take in one round, but each took a separate interview. Didn't expect Red Hat interview process to be so time taking and mismanaged.
