great process, fairly quick, met with a number of very nice people who were asking very relevant questions everyone i met were great to talk to, friendly, and i met folks who i would have been working with or for directly i ended up accepting another offer before getting one in this process but nothing negative about the process

The first interview with HR went very well. It was professional, friendly, and well structured. The second round was technical and required a prepared presentation, which I appreciated as a fair way to assess skills. However, the final behavioral interview with two managers was disappointing. It lasted 45 minutes longer than scheduled, and both interviewers appeared disengaged and dismissive throughout. I was told to expect feedback within two weeks but received none. After following up a month later, I got an instant rejection through an automated and impersonal email. I spent over five hours preparing and interviewing, and a simple update or short feedback call would have shown basic respect for candidates. Please treat applicants as people, not numbers. Poor communication and lack of empathy leave a lasting negative impression. After this experience, I would never apply for Red Hat again and would not recommend it to any of my peers.
