Interview went as a dialogue between several linux geeks about Linux, Java, Python and surrounding technologies. Whole process took around 3 weeks. I've applied online, then recalled a friend of mine was working at RH, so wrote him. It took them 2 days to get in touch with me, then around a week before first interview, then a day later I was proposed to get another interview with different teams. Both interview experiences were great! Enjoyed every moment of it. Interviews didnt' have q&a feel to them, just a dialogue.
