Initial hiring process was excellent. Very communicative and interviews themselves were overall positive (3 stages). The Recruitment / HR team is split into role responsibilities so 1 person to about talent and pre-qualify. A 2nd person to then take you through 1st & 2nd stage of interview in terms of scheduling, coaching & feedback. Lastly a 3rd position to do the same for final interview stage and offers. For me this is where the process failed and unfortunately left a less than good impression on me. The issue is not with the organisation but a few individuals. The position I was initially offered was pulled so I was asked to interview for an alternate position. The interview was the worst I've ever experienced...only way to describe it is unprofessional and chauvinistic. Since leaving this interview after just 20 mins I've never heard from the recruiter. By comparison the first 3 people I interviewed with for the initial role and the first recruiter involved were professional, polite, friendly and informative. Giving a very positive experience of the company. Such a shame that my last impression is a negative one.
