The recruitment process at Red Hat was wonderful! It went very smoothly and a lot quicker than I expected. I had a quick call with a recruiter and then 1 face to face interview with the hiring manager and the senior manager of the same department. It was more like a conversation than an interview, and they mostly wanted to know about my current job scope and tasks. They also wanted to know how I would handle certain scenarios like communication issues. They were very upfront about the challenges and frustrations of the role I was applying for. I got a call from the recruiter just 2 days after the face to face interview! This is probably the fastest I have heard from a company. He went through the package with me and it was within the range I had mentioned during the interview. The HR coordinator was wonderful in keeping me updated every step of the way, letting me know when the offer letter would be ready. When there was a slight delay in getting the letter out, she informed me about it as well. Overall it was a lovely experience and I am looking forward to working at Red Hat!
