Graduate Program interviews begin in mid-February. You will be asked to do a personality test after your application and then you will submit a recorded interview with five questions via Hirevire. This recorded interview will be solo, timed, and with the opportunity to redo your answers once per question.

Sending the CV through the online platform, then you have to do a personality test, which takes around 30 minutes. Then you do a online video interview, answering three questions, with only a few minutes to prepare.

So far, the interview process has been organized, efficient, and not too difficult
The firs interview consist in a digital interview, that you make all by yourself through a specific app/website. You record yourself answering to the few questions they ask you contextually
