Simple and straightforward, I had a phone screening and then met in person with the hiring manager to discuss some behavioral type questions. I then waited a couple months to hear back from the hiring manager, where he then offered me the job.

If you had unlimited resources at your disposal, what type of event would you put on?
Creating a case study for a hypothetical event on campus, created a presentation with a prompt and hypothetical budget. Presentation was 15 minutes long and was the last step of interview process.

Video recorded answers then In-person interview at the office. Was not too bad I recommend good lighting for video. Just be honest and try and bring out good energy! You only have once chance to record the video answers.

Smooth, not very professional though. There were Lots of candidates and there was also a group discussion and team activities. It was held in a hotel with the whole field marketing team present
