Red Bull makes you fill out a king assessment form when they look at your resume and then fail to contact you, it is very impersonal. Then you are pending in their system.

Long assessment asking how you would handle ski projects.
My process was quick but I had 7 interviews total. I know other people can be dragged out longer. I enjoyed everyone that I met with. It helped me make the decision to join the company.
