The people at RedBull were great and provided a lot of tools to help me evaluate myself which was an amazing experience! Typically companies have you fill out some weird quiestionarre that is suppose to psychologically evaluate you, and you never know what the results are. But with RedBull's wingfinder, they share your results, highlight your strengths, but also point out your weakness's and ways to improve them.

Lengthy process but simple and recruiting team kept me informed of the status throughout the entire process. The personality test was accurate and informative as they shared the results immediately

They had a really great wingfinder interview that gave me a lot of insight about myself. not only did it highlight my strengths but also my weakness's and how I could improve upon them.
