I was asked to send my CV and reply to standard questions in the first stage, I was then asked to complete an online assessment (40min). After a week or so I was told that my "experience and qualifications" didn't suit their needs. I don't understand why they would send me through a 40 minutes online assessment if they already decided based om my CV (experience and qualifications) that I was not suitable. Waste of time.
