I applied online and received an email for an interview after 2 days of applying, the interview is a pre recording of questions from Red bull and you have to answer them within 3 days through a video recording, you must make sure you have a strong network connection for video calls, have a web cam or something, you must be prepared as you have seconds to think before you answer.

Very intensive with several rounds of tasks and interviews, personality test about 100 questions then interviews with your direct manager and regional manager. Not necessarily difficult, just a long process.

The interview process included two separate interviews with two different people. The interviews were mostly comprised of questions that would get to know how social and friendly you are as well as how you approach stressful situations. Being good at networking is key for this role and hiring managers make sure they are getting the right fit. A good first impression is also important. You will be out representing the brand everywhere you go. I got hired and it was probably the best job I've ever had to this day!
