Applied online and received an invitation for a video interview.
The video interview was very difficult and uncomfortable. Not having someone in front of you is intimidating and it was a very bad experience for me.
I hope other companies don't move in that direction, it's really not a fair assessment to candidates that are not used to this process.
Considering the Graduate Program is meant for people that want to develop their skills but are not necessarily very experienced in a particular position, I think the case study was very hard.

Sending the CV through the online platform, then you have to do a personality test, which takes around 30 minutes. Then you do a online video interview, answering three questions, with only a few minutes to prepare.

Haven't gotten to the superday yet but have my interview next week.
So far, the interview process has been organized, efficient, and not too difficult
The firs interview consist in a digital interview, that you make all by yourself through a specific app/website. You record yourself answering to the few questions they ask you contextually
