This was an in-depth interview process that spanned nearly two months with various difficulty and tasks to prepare. There was firstly a wingfinders online test, then a pre recorded video interview stage, then a detailed presentation zoom task, followed by a task to speak to employees and gain information and finally report this back over zoom with the Exec and HR. While initially a very positive experience, the delay in communication at the final stage resulting in me having to chase for an update twice and then the overall decision not to hire anyone after taking multiple candidates through five rounds was very disappointing. I did however get detailed personal feedback, it was just unfortunately not my time.
