Applied through the portal (do not recommend this). Received an e-mail to do a Wingsfinder activity. Completed a Skype interview where the program gave you 30 seconds to prepare an answer after showing you each question. Never heard back, even though their website said you would get a response. Left hanging. Make sure you have a connection within the company before applying.

Great experience - nice office. The people I met were great . I had to do a video interview first - which I didn’t enjoy - but was glad to meet the people in real life. A shame not to get the role but I wish them well
online interview with 2 representatives from the recruitment team, lasting 1/2 hour and consisting of about 12-15 questions in total, mainly why your are interested in the role, what do you know, specific skills experience etc
Really long assessments are compulsory but there is a great work culture. Prepare well, be confident and tie answers back to the role and company - show that you resonate with their values.
