Initial phone screen went well and screener was very nice. I was moved on to a video interview with two potential colleagues and was told I “seem really nice” like it was a bad thing and asked how I handle workplace conflict if I’m such a nice person. 🤷‍♀️ I’ve never had my pleasant disposition framed as a less desirable characteristic. I was ghosted completely after the video interview. Not cool.
