Had two in-person interviews at their Chelsea location. Met with nice people both times and was given some hypothetical questions about how I would handle certain situations on the job. The questions were not difficult for me and they seemed pleased with my answers, so much that they had me come in for a second interview but then I never heard from them again. They asked me what my salary requirement was without giving me any sort of an idea what they pay and I gave them a slightly higher number than what they pay their processors. I was told this was not an issue, but never heard from them again, not even a quick email saying "sorry, you did not get the job". I was kept in suspense for a couple of weeks until I noticed that they were putting the same ad on Craigslist again.
