I was offered an interview but the interview did not happen. I was told to schedule a time on the recruiter's calendar (the next available time was 2 weeks from the day i was initially contacted on a Tuesday), so i booked the time and in the middle of the night I received a notification that my interview was moved to 3 days from the day I was initially contacted. I was confused if there was a mistake, because I was not contacted by anyone about this change, and I was not available for the date and time they chose for me. The recruiter then tells me after I reach out to her that she is going on vacation and wants to speak to me within the next few days. She never once indicated that in her initial email with me and changed the time without my consent. I told her that I have more availability the next week and gave her my times, and she said she'll have her coworker conduct the interview. When Friday afternoon rolls around I was then contacted that the position has been filled. The process and organization seems very unorganized and lacks proper communication skills. If the interview process was this poor I can only imagine how working at the company would be like.
