Sehr freundlich allerdings sind die Gespräche immer sehr kurz und es gab nur 2. Mannhat also weder richtig die Möglichkeit etwas über die Kollegen und die Arbeitsatmosphäre zu erfahren noch gibt es genügend Zeit alle Fragen zu stellen, da wie erwähnt nur 2 (virtuelle) Gespräche à ca 20-30 Minuten.

Wie gehen Sie mit Stress um? Wie stehen Sie zu Home Office? Wie gut sind sie mit schwierigen Kundengesprächen? Was waren Ihre grössten Erfolge und Schwierigkeiten in Ihrer früheren Arbeit?
It was done virtually, got a call from HR and then it was set for me to have the interview. there were questions on my experience in the trade and how i contributed to the sales target.

It was smooth. There were 2 interviews and the response was very prompt. The initial interview is with the HRBP who are very professional and the next one is with the Director who knows her stuff very well.

It was smooth. The HR coordinator was very polite. The process was very swift and finished in 2 weeks. I had to follow up after my interview, but the interview process was short and sweet.
