It started with a phone call from HR. Followed by a virtual interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was unprepared and obviously tired (the interview was set in the afternoon). He asked very bookish questions, not exploring my skills and abilities. "What are your greatest strengths? Weaknesses?" You can feel that he's rushing. Oh, did I mention that the initial schedule was postponed, and I was only told about it when I was around 30 minutes in the waiting room? "1st employer red flag." Before the end of the interview, I asked when I would hear from them regarding the results of my application. He gave a specific date.
