Application on linkedin, confirmation by email, phone call/skype call with HR discussing my experience/competency questions, and them letting me know the scope of the role. Then I was invited for a face to face with HR and the line manager who was completely disengaged from the minute I walked in and passed on the questions to the HR manager. They pretty much insisted on how they have a aggressive work culture and are very unapologetic for (in fact, they are very proud of that), and how direct they are in communicating if things are working or not. I truly don't believe this is the case, or that they live by it as they didn't even bother in letting me know the outcome. In hindsight you can tell that things aren't going well for you when they insist on all the negatives of their work environment. For those who apply to this company beware that it's not really about your capabilities but about your attitude of being able to survive in a 'cut-throat' environment.

2-3 rounds in total
The first one was interview with hiring managers, usually candidate will be interviewed by 2 managers from the same team. HR manager may also be present in this sesssion.
Once the candidate has passed this stage, the last round would be interview with n+1.
