Fairly simple, there was a phone screening with HR for about 5-10 minutes a few days after I submitted my resume and an interview the following week. After the Interview it took a few weeks to get back with a decision.

There were two Managers at the time of interview process. They took about 30 minutes for the interview. It was a type of behavioral round. They were too good to listen our answers.
