J'ai passé un entretien chez Realtor.com (Richmond, BC)

Phone screen was with the recruiter who told me they were looking more for a hands-off engineering manager. Also did another phone screen with an engineering manager. Then I had onsite interviews.
- Started with the hiring manager with standard management questions. At the end of the interview he mentioned he was looking for a technical hands on manager, so I felt I was setup for failure as I presented myself to be more hands off.
- After that had an interview with a peer manager who seems disinterested and was out of questions 15 mins into the interview
- Then had an interview with some engineers and this was more meaty with good system design questions and some behavioral questions.
- Finally one more senior person who was again in a rush to end the interview.
I was told I would get feedback in a day but never heard back from them after weeks. I felt the minimum they could have done is at least say I did not make it.

Phone calls with Recruiter, Managers, Head of Dept.
Spoke to more than 4 individuals - a straightforward process. My only issue is no one had the decency to send a rejection email. If a candidate spends weeks speaking with your team and reaches the final interview they should at the very least receive a generic email. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and won't apply here again.
Note: people are being hired and fired constantly.
