This interview went well, and I received positive feedback. Three days later, I was invited to the final round, which involved completing a task and presenting it. The task was sent 24 hours before the scheduled interview, creating a tight timeline. I worked overnight to complete it and gave my best effort during the presentation. The panel seemed appreciative and assured me of feedback within three days. Despite this, I was ghosted for two weeks with no updates. The job was later reposted and remains open. This experience has made me question applying to companies that lack transparency and timely communication.
