The process was straightforward: contact by email, then a phone interview, an in-person meeting with recruiting, two additional team members and the hiring manager. (Process took place over the span of about a week.) Logistics were clear and all interactions were friendly, transparent and professional. I was given a quick tour of the open office space. (A very cool, loft-like environment with a light-filled front waiting area, illuminated marquee sign boldly proclaiming "Confidence," and conference rooms with names like "Transparence" that emphasize their values.) I loved the statement that they "don't hire jerks who yell."
