I had a phone screen and then two follow-up phone interviews with a manager. I thought they all went well, but I was sent the kiss of death "thanks but no thanks" e-mail shortly after the last phone call. This sounds like an exciting team to work on and I'm well-qualified, so it made little sense to me. I was disappointed. I always am a bit bummed out when companies make their decisions based on so many phone interactions.
