Very thorough! It started with some online testing...and then I had a short phone interview. The next step was a live interview that included a couple of job related tasks. I actually enjoyed the process. They were super friendly and I got the vibe that it would be fun to work there. I received another job offer in a field I prefer so I told them I was no longer available.

I was asked to to prepare and present a short webinar right at the interview! I actually enjoyed it and it was a great way for them to see how well I can write and teach.
