I applied on LinkedIn and they reached out to me to schedule an interview. I then had a quick phone call with the company and was scheduled for a second interview the same day. While being scheduled, I was told I'd hear back on the next steps on Monday (the interview was on a Friday). I never heard anything back after this point despite a follow-up later the next week. This was over 2 weeks ago.
