After my initial interview with a recruiter, the process moved very quickly, taking about three weeks in total. The second round focused on a combination of behavioral questions and my professional experience. The third round was a systems design interview, followed by a coding interview in the fourth round. This coding interview was based on real-world scenarios rather than typical Leetcode-style questions, which made the experience more enjoyable for me. The fifth and final round was with the CTO. Throughout the process, the recruiter was highly responsive, even though I was interviewing during the holiday season. One consistent aspect of all my interviews at Reach was how incredibly kind and respectful everyone was. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed the entire experience.
