Thank you for sharing your experience at Razor Group. At the beginning of 2022, we were in a hyper growth phase where we interviewed and hired 30+ candidates each month. It is always a challenge to align the interview processes of multiple candidates applying over several weeks so that all candidates who match our hiring needs are interviewed before we make the final decision. Therefore, in some cases, a complete interview process may take up to six weeks from the time you submit your application to the time we receive your job offer.
