I was not in Florida at the time so the interview so it was conducted over the phone. The manager started with a background on himself, his expertise, and how he came to manage the group I was being considered for. He asked me to give a background on myself and some of my key accomplishments in past roles. He then gave a few more details on the position as the description was hastily written and I was the first candidate to interview for the role. I spoke to past experiences that pertained to the responsibilities of the role and Q&A progressed from there.

The interview process was great, the recruiters were honest related to compensation. The hiring team was fair, and welcoming. The interview felt like more of a conversation than an interrogation which I enjoyed a lot. Overall seems like a great company to join with good opportunities.
