Very easy and rushed. I had to run through my resume as the manager seemed unprepared for the interview. In fact, she forgot I was coming even after I confirmed my appointment a day prior.

Applied online and recieved a call within a day for a phone interview. Phone interview lasted 45 minutes and I was told I would get a call to interview with the team lead. Instead I recieved a call that the position was filled.
