Applied for job on Indeed with cover letter and resume and was contacted by the financial advisor (hiring manager) via email 1 week later. It was a panel interview done over Zoom (due to Covid-19) and it lasted for about 30 minutes.

I only did video interview and I thought it was tough. Interview focused a lot on networking and prospecting. I think there were 5 questions total and the time limit was really short.

There are two virtual interviews with current advisors, and then in person with branch manager in the office you are applying for. Mostly behavioral questions, not much on markets or the economy.
