Received call a few days after I submitted my resume, interview was set up with the human resources manager, followed by a skills and personality assessment and also meeting the department manager, all on the same day. I had an offer a few days later.

The interviews consisted of a phone screening, an in person interview with the HR Coordinator and an interview with the department manager. There was a test at the company and you are given some time to complete it on your own. The people who interview are nice and the interview is manageable given the requirements of the job.
