I applied online and had my first phone interview with a recruiter. One week later, one lady interviewed me in person. Actually, she did not interview me, she talked the entire time. The third week was a phone interview with one lady from Chicago office. Not sure how long it took because I didn't wait for them to contact me again. I was hired by Deloitte and I am very happy.
