1st interview with HR Recruiter. 2nd interview with Director/Hiring Manager onsite. Onsite interview was well over an hour plus a 1.5 hour critical thinking assessment and cognition test. Following the testing, they asked for a writing sample. From start to finish, the process took 3.5 hours.
