A gentleman contacted me through email to which I responded. We then set up an interview over the phone. The interview lasted for 30 minutes or so with the same gentleman explaining the company and the job description. He then gave me the opportunity to ask questions and talk freely about my job experiences. He then gave me a brief tour of their operation.
