The process took 6 weeks. The interview process was communicated up front and all interviews were remote (Zoom). It consisted of an initial interview with talent acquisition, a take-home coding challenge, a coding interview based on that challenge, a culture interview and a founder interview. The process was lengthy but it helped me feel confident of what kind of company they were. All interviews were conducted in a friendly and professional manner and my time was respected - I was always offered multiple time slots to choose from.
