I only had 1 interview via online. After passing the interview you will then be given an assessment to accomplish. They would mostly gauge your confidence and expertise in communication which is understandable as the job would normally involve conversation with students in the platform.

AND, salary is TOO LOW for a HIGH STANDARD in grammar. :D

Interview lasted for 5 minutes only. Questions were simple that you can easily answer. Being confident is a plus. However, the next steps takes a little longer. You are also required to have a i3 to i7 laptop.

It is fast and efficient. The interview question did make me nervous at all. The one who conducted the interview was also nice and was not intimidating that is why I was able to confidently answer the questions.
