Got called by recruiter seeing my LinkedIn profile. Call with Recruiter was nice, just basic talk about my experience on resume.
This was followed by a telephonic interview with HR. Overall attitude of HR was unprofessional. I was asked the choices for dates and time for interview. HR did not respond to my mail for 4 days. I had to talk to recruiter who reminded HR about it and then I got date just a day before interview.
"Telephonic screening" lasted for not more than 15 mins where HR again went through my resume and had exactly same discussion that I had with recruiter. It seemed that position was either already filled or HR was not interested in having interview. I got rejection mail after a week or so. This position was developer position. I have software development experience in related technology for 5 years now and they simply rejected application without even single technical question.
