Technical recruiter reached out to me over Linkedin. We set up a 30 minute phone conversation to touch base. The next week I had a 30 minute Zoom chat with the hiring manager. A week later, I had 4 30 minute Zoom interviews with various members of the team. Everyone was easy to talk to and the questions were mostly about how QA should be involved in the whole development /testing/release cycle. I got an offer the day after those interviews. The whole process took about 3 weeks from the first phone call to the offer.
