Applied through LinkedIn. Then a recruiter reached out to me to schedule a video interview with the hiring manager. The initial interview was basically a screening round during which I only had to take a personality test and wonderlic IQ test.
Everything went pretty well and I was hoping to proceed to the next round until I got a rejection mail in my inbox. I do not understand how companies reject candidates without accessing their skills and knowledge
