J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Randstad US
Entretien
This company was by far the most difficult I have ever interviewed with. I applied for an external position, I got called in and was then told about an internal position. Everything sounded great I was excited. I did the first in person interview and they liked everything I had to say. They then set up and interview with the area director. That interview went great I was still excited. I asked her when should I expect to hear something and she said if I didnt hear from her by the end of oct basically I didnt get the job. I was still confident that I would get a response. I called and email for follow up and once the end of the month came I gave up. About a month later I got a call from senior management in Georgia to scheduling an interview with someone else (the original person I interviewed with left but not without giving me a recommendation that was good) I inteeviewed over the phone and then went on to the interview in person. The interview went great everyone in the office was wonderful. The next day I emailed a thank you letter I got a reply saying it was great meeting me and she should get back to me on the tuesday. Tuesday came and went, I waited a week and then called. I then spoke to another recruiter who informed me that the person I interviewed with went on maternity leave ( how exciting vut what does that mean for me) she then said that if she didnt leave any info on your interview more than likely you didnt get it. I then decided to go above the recruiter head and reached out to the sr manager that contacted me and she said she will set up an interview with the current person inplace. This has been a 4 month process and I am still waiting. From what I have been told Ranstad is a wonderful company to work for but this process has left a bad taste in my mouth
J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Randstad US (Fenton, MO) en déc. 2015

I interviewed with 5 people total, 3 being one of their clients. The day that I met with the client, I was asked to come back (it wasn't scheduled), to meet with 2 more people who suddenly decided that they too would like to screen me. I agreed. I interviewed with one person, left the campus and returned two hours later to interview with two more people. I was offered the job contingent on my background and credit checks. My background is flawless (no criminal history), but my credit is shot. Unfortunately, I became very ill last year and had to go through treatments (infusions) just to be able to stay awake. I had become anemic. After several infusions, the doctor's realized that my condition would quickly go back to anemic status, so they had to try other infusions and ultimately two surgeries before I was able to function again. During this time, my body had become so week, that I had an infection that spread to my hands and feet. The doctor's could not cure it for months and I could not close my fingers or type or do much of anything. I had to see so many doctor's, pay for so many medications and visits and surgery, etc, that yes, my finances fell behind. My focus was on being able to feel like a person again. I literally had almost given up. I say all of this to say to Randstad, that retracting the job offer due to my credit history is being frowned upon by me and others that I have spoken to. Things happen!!!! Life happens. And you have lost out on having an amazing employee. Absolutely amazing. Your loss!

Question 1
The usual. What can you bring to the company? what will you do different than the employees that are leaving because they could not meet the client's needs and did not communicate this to them?
