The team had abysmal communication and an apparent lack of knowledge. They are hiring for a Product person, but all questions are related to project management; when I clarified that, I thought the wall was for a product manager was indicated that the person has to wear both hats, so they wanted to know that they could run projects as well, which is wholly misaligned with the job description and initial conversations

Horrible. Previously you spoke to a human being. Now they're using an AI model to vet candidates. Feels like you're a number, Your also never sure of what the job is too and who you're going to be working for. So how exactly does one prove themselves?

What are your salary expectations? How many years of experience do I have?
Friendly and concise, got back to me right away. Interviewer was a professional placer, they had no tech experience so it made the interview feel a bit easy because I had a lot of experience in the role I applied for.
Pretty straight forward - standard screening questions etc/ Then they hand you off to the hiring manager for second/third rounds. Thirty words here is not adding value - but I need access to this site so I will continue to add words
